As Dean of School Culture at Ivy Hill Prep, I’ve championed diversity and social-emotional learning, significantly improving student outcomes. I also serve as the Assistant Artistic Director at Mass Transit Street Theater, where I bring creative projects to life and expand community engagement. My background includes cultivating collaborative cultures at Prospect and Explore Charter Schools and my leadership was recognized at the 2024 Education 2.0 Conference. I hold a BA in Theater Arts from SUNY Purchase and am committed to shaping the future of education through innovative and inclusive practices.
